Dr. Basil Mizrahi – CV
B.D.S M.Sc (Rand) M.Ed Cert in Prosthodontics (USA) Specialist Prosthodontics and Restorative Dentistry Clinical Lecturer, Eastman Dental Institute Diplomate,
American Board of Prosthodontics Director of Mizrahi Dental Teaching.
Basil Mizrahi completed his dental training in South Africa. He subsequently went on to
complete his specialist training in the USA in prosthodontics and implants at Louisiana
State University in 1998 and is recognised by the General Dental Council as a specialist
in Prosthodontics and Restorative dentistry. He runs a full time, referral based private
practice specialising in complex rehabilitation, aesthetic cases and dental implants. He
has a highly successful dental practice and a reputation for carrying out his clinical work
to the highest level of precision and expertise. Basil is director of Mizrahi dental
teaching where he runs hands-on and didactic courses in all aspects of advanced
aesthetic and restorative dentistry. Basil is also an honorary clinical lecturer at UCL
Eastman Dental Institute and a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics.

Dr. Josep Olvia is a Periodontist, specialised in ceramic dental implants.
Together with his brother Xavi, they developed the CeraRoot ceramic implant system that has been in the market since the year 2004.
Today, they are the most experienced doctors worldwide concerning ceramic dental implants.
The CeraRoot implants are experiencing a great acceptance between the American and Canadian patients and doctors. Within a few years, the ceramic implants will become the œwithe standard when it comes to tooth replacement.
